These live courses are led by Itron technical trainers and delivered in an engaging virtual environment that includes web conferencing, hands‑on activities, and real‑time discussion, allowing participants to learn, ask questions, and apply concepts as they go.

Our training is well‑suited for professionals across a wide range of roles, including administration, back‑office operations, installation, configuration, and system support. Jeff Bartley has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on performance improvement, instructional design, and product enablement. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas. Jeff has been published by the International Society for Performance Improvement and Learning Solutions Magazine for his work in needs analysis. He also holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in Foundations of Management from the University of Notre Dame.
