He has a M.S. in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and has been published in the International Society for Performance Improvement and Learning Solutions Magazine for his work in needs analysis. Jeff also has a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in Foundations in Management from the University of Notre Dame. </span></p>
